Senior Business Consultant

About the role

HCSC is hiring a Senior Business Consultant in Nashville. The role leads business analysis and ensures alignment and integration across functional areas to support divisional strategies. It oversees and coordinates project teams, resources and budgets to deliver complex, strategic cross-divisional and enterprise-wide projects from start to finish, and works with all levels of management, including senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis and ensure alignment and integration across functional areas in support of divisional strategies
• Ensure consistency and efficiency of major, complex, strategic cross-divisional and enterprise-wide projects and initiatives from inception to completion
• Provide oversight and coordination of project teams, resources and budgets within dynamic timelines
• Interact with all levels of management, including senior leadership
• Support prioritization of transformational program activities, track progress toward goals and drive business outcomes through strategic analysis and operational execution

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, or 9 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations or relevant healthcare industry experience
• 3 years of experience leading large, complex multi-million dollar projects
• Experience communicating with senior management from multiple divisions and delivering presentations
• Experience managing multiple complex projects and analyzing business requirements, gaps, dependencies, risks and downstream impacts
• Preferred: healthcare industry experience with emphasis on product, sales, enrollment, membership or provider operations

Required skills

• Knowledge of Facets and other CCR applications, provider operations and provider data management
• SQL and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS)
• Basic understanding of AWS services such as S3 and Lambda
• Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies
• PC proficiency including MS Office

What we offer

• Base pay range of $69,800 to $125,900, varying with skills, experience and location
