Senior Brand Manager, Marketing (Multiple Positions)

About the role

Kraft Heinz is hiring a Senior Brand Manager in Chicago, Illinois, on a full-time basis. The role leads brand ambition and short- and long-term brand strategies to drive sustainable growth, working with Insights and Innovation teams and cross-functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define brand ambition and brand strategies, and set strategic frameworks for where-to-play choices, portfolio priorities and expansion opportunities
• Shape innovation and renovation strategies with Insights and Innovation teams
• Use consumer, category and business data to identify performance drivers and inform strategy
• Partner with cross-functional and regional teams to turn strategies into actionable plans and execution
• Establish and maintain brand guidelines and standards for consistency across touchpoints
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships and initiatives that add brand and business value
• Share best practices and guidance across teams to build capability and alignment

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in brand management or marketing, preferably in CPG or related industries
• Proven experience building and growing brands with strong positioning, purpose and performance
• Demonstrated leadership and influence across complex, matrixed organizations
• Experience guiding innovation, renovation and portfolio strategy across multiple initiatives

Required skills

• Strong strategic thinking and analytical and financial acumen, including experience with P&L drivers
• Ability to navigate ambiguity while driving clarity, alignment and results
• Collaborative, curious, results-oriented self-starter with strong communication skills
