Senior Brand Designer

About the role

Runlayer is seeking its first brand designer to shape and launch the company’s visual identity across web, events, sales, and marketing channels. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will own the brand system while working at the fast pace of a startup.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end brand redesign and create a cohesive brand system for all touchpoints.
• Design sales enablement assets such as decks, one‑pagers, and templates.
• Produce marketing collateral including OG cards, webpages, social posts, trade‑show booths, and swag.
• Build generative‑AI tools, templates and standards to accelerate brand work.
• Partner with product design to align brand and product experiences.
• Hire and manage production designers or contractors as needed.

Required profile

• Strong creative point of view with a proven track record of defining or evolving a brand.
• Ability to operate as a solo designer while collaborating closely with a marketing team.
• Comfort with fast decision‑making, open to feedback, and judgment to balance speed and detail.
• Experience creating work across web, campaigns, print, events, decks, and motion.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design and presentation tools such as Figma, Paper, and Google Slides.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong written communication and collaboration skills.
