Senior Benefits Analyst – HR

About the role

Airbus Commercial is seeking a Senior Benefits Analyst to join its Human Resources team in the United States. The role supports employee retirement, health, and welfare plans across Herndon, VA; Mobile, AL; and Wichita, KS, acting as the internal subject‑matter expert.

Key responsibilities

• Provide expertise on US employee benefit plans, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Partner with Total Rewards colleagues to influence plan design and streamline system implementation.
• Manage vendor relationships and resolve complex plan challenges.
• Deliver high‑quality service to employees and support internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in benefits administration, preferably in a large, multi‑site organization.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and influence cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Knowledge of US retirement, health, and welfare benefit regulations.
• Experience with benefits administration systems and vendor management.
