Senior Backend Developer

About the role

Stefanini Group is seeking a Senior Backend Developer to design, build, and maintain server‑side components for its Fleet Telematics product. The role involves creating robust APIs, microservices, and cloud‑native solutions while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to gather use‑cases and requirements.
• Design, develop, and deliver APIs and microservices using Java, Python, C#, or Kotlin.
• Maintain and monitor applications on‑premises or in the cloud, ensuring performance, security, and disaster recovery.
• Manage data storage with Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, and related technologies.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and promote test‑driven development practices.
• Align development with architecture guidelines and OAS standards.

Required profile

• 10+ years of IT experience, with at least 8 years in software development.
• Proven experience developing public‑facing enterprise APIs.
• Strong background in Java and Spring Boot for building scalable microservices.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
