Senior Associate, Portfolio Management

About the role

The Senior Associate, Portfolio Management will support Portfolio Managers in delivering investment strategies for institutional real‑estate portfolios. Working closely with Investment Management and other internal partners, you will help drive strong investment outcomes and exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and execution of multiple separate‑account investment strategies and business plans.
• Monitor portfolio and property performance, providing analysis and recommendations on acquisitions, leasing, valuations, capital expenditures, financing and dispositions.
• Coordinate client reporting, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Assist with capital calls, client requests, strategic planning and portfolio forecasting.
• Prepare board materials, annual reports and presentations communicating performance and activity.
• Create and maintain portfolio‑level analytics to measure performance, diversification, risk and compliance.
• Review financial structures and partnership waterfalls for compliance with governing documents.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to clients, Portfolio Management teams and organisational initiatives.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree; MBA, CFA or similar designation is a plus.
• 5‑7 years of experience in portfolio/fund management, asset management, real‑estate investments, acquisition analytics, underwriting, financing, accounting or appraisal.
• Strong understanding of institutional real‑estate investments and portfolio‑management principles.
