Senior Associate – Oracle Utilities

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Oracle practice, focusing on Oracle Utilities solutions. You will help clients transform their businesses by implementing Oracle technologies that support finance, operations, customer service, and subscription‑based models.

Key responsibilities

• Implement Oracle utilities and Lead‑to‑Revenue solutions to drive digital transformation.
• Analyze complex business challenges and design strategic Oracle‑based solutions.
• Guide clients in moving from resource‑intensive to subscription‑based business models.
• Utilize Oracle Customer Experience (CX) and Revenue Management Cloud Service (RMCS) to improve engagement and billing.
• Manage accounts receivable and collections using Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB).
• Streamline sales and marketing processes with Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) Cloud.
• Integrate Oracle Utilities Customer‑to‑Meter (C2M) for better data management.
• Review deliverables for quality and accuracy.
• Mentor junior team members and foster client relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: Master’s or MBA in Business, Finance, MIS, or related fields.
