Senior Associate – Oracle SCM Consulting

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Digital Core Modernisation practice, focusing on Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM) solutions. In this role you will work closely with clients to analyse their supply‑chain needs, implement Oracle software, and provide training and support to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and design Oracle SCM and operations software solutions.
• Implement and configure Oracle Agile Product Lifecycle Management, Oracle Manufacturing Cloud and related applications.
• Deliver training and post‑implementation support to maximise user adoption.
• Collaborate with clients to optimise supply‑chain processes, improve demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Generate data‑driven insights to inform strategic decisions and enhance client outcomes.
• Manage project resources, budgets and timelines to align with client objectives.
• Coordinate supply‑chain transformation initiatives and support continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree; 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Preference for a Master’s or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Management Information Systems.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Oracle SCM solutions and experience delivering complex transformation projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
