Senior Associate – Operations Consulting (Sourcing & Procurement)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Operations Consulting practice, focusing on sourcing and procurement transformation. You will work with clients to optimise procurement processes, drive cost savings and enhance supplier collaboration using digital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client sourcing and procurement strategies and identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement strategic sourcing frameworks and supplier‑relationship‑management programmes.
• Develop and configure Coupa modules to support digital procurement initiatives.
• Provide guidance on cost‑reduction, supply‑chain resilience and procurement‑efficiency projects.
• Interpret data to generate insights and actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply‑Chain Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations, sourcing or procurement.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and manage complex situations.
• Commitment to professional standards and PwC’s code of conduct.
