About the role
HLS Global is looking for a Senior Associate to join its Accounting Outsourcing team in the United States. The position is open for candidates based in Los Angeles or New York and involves supporting a range of accounting functions for the firm’s global clients.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee accounts payable (A/P) and accounts receivable (A/R) processes.
- Manage monthly book closing and prepare financial reporting.
- Coordinate multiple accounting projects while meeting strict deadlines.
Required profile
- 2‑3 years of experience in an accounting manager role covering A/P, A/R, month‑end close and reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership, problem‑solving ability and strong oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the capacity to work in a deadline‑driven environment.
- Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
- Fluency in both Japanese and English (reading, writing and speaking).
Required skills
What we offer
- Annual salary range between $65,000 and $90,000, determined based on qualifications, experience, skills and location.
