Senior Associate, Equipment Finance & Contract Management

About the role

Alcon is seeking a Senior Associate to support Surgical Sales and Finance teams by managing financing and commercial agreements for capital equipment. This onsite position in Fort Worth, TX, works closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and technology teams.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to negotiate and prepare financing contracts while ensuring pricing compliance.
• Administer contract awards, set up contracts in internal systems, and monitor payment calculations.
• Prepare and manage rebate and discount agreements, ensuring accurate compliance calculations and payment recommendations.
• Conduct portfolio analysis, track financial performance, and report findings to leadership.
• Evaluate account compliance, implement remediation plans, and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (or high school + 10 years, Associate + 6 years, M.S. + 0 years).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in equipment finance or contract administration.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
• Visa sponsorship/relocation not authorized.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience with reporting tools.
• Familiarity with contract management systems.
• Knowledge of financing agreements, pricing programs, rebates, discounts, and compliance processes.
