Senior Architect

About the role

DLR Group is seeking a Senior Architect to lead hospitality projects in major U.S. cities. You will work within an integrated design team to create architecture and interior design solutions that elevate the human experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project development, client relationships, and implementation alongside the Project Manager and Designer.
• Oversee quality assurance, ensure compliance with practice standards and protocols.
• Align design intent with project schedules, budgets, and profitability targets.
• Spearhead conceptual design and technical strategies across all design disciplines.
• Present design and technical solutions to clients and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality, innovative outcomes.
• Maintain clear communication with the Project Manager to ensure design intent and financial health.
