Autonomous Equipment Field Specialist

About the role

Rinvio is seeking an Autonomous Equipment Field Specialist to provide hands‑on support for robotic and autonomous construction equipment. The role involves extensive travel across the United States, working directly on job sites to ensure equipment readiness and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, operate, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain autonomous construction equipment on project sites.
• Set up field equipment, calibrate sensors, adjust components, and verify readiness for operation.
• Coordinate with equipment operators, construction teams, project stakeholders, and technical support.
• Document performance data, field observations, issues, and improvement opportunities.
• Maintain safe field practices and represent Rinvio professionally on‑site.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with heavy equipment, construction, field service, or robotics.
• Comfort working with mechanical systems, electronics, sensors, diagnostics, and a variety of tools.
• Strong professional communication skills with operators, customers, and technical teams.
• Willingness to travel weekly nationwide and work in outdoor construction environments.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to lift up to 60 lb.

What we offer

• Salary range $115,000‑$125,000 per year, based on experience.
• Full‑time W‑2 employment with medical, dental, vision, weekly direct‑deposit pay, and paid time off.
• Per diem may be available depending on assignment.
