About the role

We are seeking a Senior Architect to join a leading New York design studio. The role involves working on a portfolio of high‑profile US projects from concept through to completion, with a focus on tall buildings, residential, commercial and mixed‑use developments.

Key responsibilities

Lead design development and detailing for medium to large‑scale commercial and residential projects.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design intent is maintained throughout construction phases.
Produce construction documents and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
Mentor junior staff and contribute to the studio’s design aesthetic.

Required profile

Proven experience on medium or large commercial or residential projects, preferably in New York.
Portfolio that includes completed New York‑based residential projects.
Strong understanding of urban development and mixed‑use architecture.

Required skills

Proficiency in Revit.
Proficiency in Rhino.
