Senior Application Developer – AI-Assisted

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Developer to join our fast‑paced team. You will design, build, and maintain enterprise applications while leveraging modern AI‑assisted development tools to deliver high‑quality solutions quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications across multiple platforms and database systems.
• Analyze existing codebases, understand business logic and data flows, and extend or modernize them with minimal supervision.
• Rapidly prototype and deliver solutions in a high‑velocity environment with shifting priorities.
• Utilize AI development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Copilot) as force multipliers, providing context and guidance to generate production‑ready code.
• Research unfamiliar technologies, frameworks, and legacy patterns independently and produce working solutions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities; can assess situations and implement fixes without step‑by‑step direction.
• Proven track record of delivering projects quickly and with high quality.

Required skills
