Senior Appian Developer – Low‑Code & React Integration

About the role

ISHIR is seeking a senior Appian Developer to design, develop, and deploy scalable enterprise applications on the Appian platform. The role blends low‑code BPM expertise with front‑end development in React and integration experience with Salesforce and other enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy Appian BPM applications, including process models, rules, interfaces, records and data structures.
• Build and maintain React/React.js user interfaces that integrate with Appian, Salesforce and other systems.
• Create and manage REST/SOAP integrations between Appian and Salesforce, as well as other enterprise APIs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects and analysts to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Optimize performance of applications, APIs, databases and integrations while following security and maintainability best practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and support DevOps release processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on Appian development experience, including SAIL, process models, records and plug‑ins.
• Strong React/React.js development background with reusable component creation.
• Proven experience integrating Appian with Salesforce using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Solid understanding of API‑based integration concepts, authentication, data mapping and error handling.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL in enterprise environments.
• Background in Agile/Scrum development teams.
