Senior Analyst IT Business Systems (Multiple Positions Available)

About the role

The Senior Analyst IT Business Systems will support factory‑floor IT systems, manage data acquisition, and drive efficiency improvements across Nestlé’s manufacturing sites. This role combines technical expertise with project management to deliver actionable insights and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day factory floor IT activities and strategic initiatives using project management and capability building.
• Manage and maintain systems that acquire and transform raw data into actionable quantitative information.
• Research, develop, implement, coordinate and train advanced methodologies to improve operating efficiency, reduce cost and increase revenue.
• Supervise the Factory Floor IT (FFIT) POD team in daily operations, problem analysis and escalation.
• Liaise with business users and GLOBE organization for audit support, process and system enhancements.
• Monitor and overhaul Factory Floor Infrastructure, collaborating with IT Platforms Architects on solution design optimization and product enhancements.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation, solution diagrams and architectural assessments for support, audit, compliance and disaster recovery.
• Develop training materials, best practices and operational procedures for the Factory Floor IT organization.
• Drive systematic troubleshooting of complex infrastructure issues across multiple teams, identify root causes and recommend remediation.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in a factory IT administrator role or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related discipline (or foreign equivalent) with at least 5 years relevant experience.

Required skills

• Agile and Scrum frameworks (5+ years).
• Automation solutions development (5+ years).
• IT infrastructure experience in network engineering or Windows engineering (5+ years).
• Scrum Master experience (5+ years).
• Microsoft infrastructure: Windows Server platforms, Active Directory, Azure, Citrix VDI, IaaS, IoT (5+ years).
• Process and continuous improvement in service delivery (5+ years).
• Change management, end‑user documentation and training material creation (5+ years).
• Experience with consumer‑packaged goods (CPG) factory processes and technical environments (3+ years).
• PLC, SCADA and Wonderware HMI experience on factory floors (3+ years).
