Senior Analyst – Infra CX

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Analyst for its Infra CX team in New York. The role bridges business needs with technology solutions, ensuring that infrastructure and collaboration tools support the firm’s global investment operations.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve application faults and configuration issues, delivering scalable solutions.
• Respond promptly to technology service calls across the organization.
• Assist the Infra CX Manager with problem management, investigations, and metrics reporting.
• Perform software and hardware installations, upgrades, moves, and roll‑outs.
• Maintain knowledge bases, reference manuals, and best‑practice documentation for supported applications.
• Update IT asset management inventories, SharePoint sites, and the Technology Knowledge Centre.
• Log, own, and close service tickets, ensuring proper categorisation and escalation.
• Provide proactive monitoring, root‑cause analysis, and metrics reporting.
• Oversee AV operations and support business‑partner meetings, videoconferences, and senior‑leadership events.
• Collaborate with Business Support Analysts to meet service‑level agreements and prevent future escalations.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in technology analysis and service delivery.
• Strong analytical and business‑acumen with the ability to translate requirements into functional specifications.
• Excellent communication skills for liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Proven ability to manage incidents, problem investigations, and metrics reporting.
