Senior AI Research Scientist – Time‑Series Foundation Models

About the role

Bosch Group is seeking a Senior AI Research Scientist to lead the development of time‑series foundational models for multi‑sensor data. The role is based in Sunnyvale and focuses on advancing AI capabilities for ADAS and other Bosch products.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead AI projects that label, predict, classify, cluster, describe and fuse multi‑sensor data such as acoustic, telemetry, vibration, radar, lidar, image, Wi‑Fi and ultrasound signals.
• Architect, design and validate multi‑modal deep‑learning and Time‑Series Foundation Models (TSFM) for multivariate time‑series signals, covering both low‑ and high‑frequency domains.
• Integrate and extend time‑series models with auxiliary modalities (e.g., video, images) to improve contextual understanding.
• Provide expert insights to management on relevant technology sectors and guide strategic decisions.
