About the role

MCI is seeking a highly experienced Senior AI / Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI solutions that drive innovation across its global contact‑center operations. The role combines deep technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, ensuring that machine‑learning systems are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architecture and implementation of machine‑learning solutions that address complex business challenges.
• Design and manage production‑ready deployment pipelines, supporting MLOps practices and model lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with data‑engineering teams to improve data quality, feature engineering, and scalable processing frameworks.
• Establish model development standards, monitor performance, and address model drift or degradation.
• Promote responsible AI development, ensure security, compliance, and maintain thorough documentation.
