Senior AI Cinematic Video Editor

About the role

This senior position is part of the R&D team of a fast‑growing international AI company. You will own the full AI‑generated video production pipeline, from concept and prompting through editing, compositing and final delivery, working fully remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end AI video production, including concept, prompting, editing and final delivery.
• Develop advanced prompting workflows and evaluate emerging AI video generation tools.
• Edit, composite and polish AI‑generated content to professional quality.
• Maintain narrative, character and visual consistency across sequences.
• Share technical and creative learnings with the wider R&D team and contribute to AI‑first content pipelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in video production, VFX or digital art.
• Strong track record in AI‑driven video production and comfort with explicit NSFW content.
• High level of autonomy, independent decision‑making and experimentation mindset.
• Fluent English and ability to receive and implement feedback.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with AI video generation tools such as Kling, Seedance, Runway, Pika or equivalents.
• Advanced prompt engineering and deep fluency with generative AI workflows.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects (or equivalent).
• Experience with ComfyUI, Stable Diffusion / AUTOMATIC1111, LoRAs, upscaling or inpainting.
• Additional advantages: 3D/VFX background, colourist experience, model training (LoRAs, embeddings, fine‑tuning), Photoshop and design skills.
