Creative Operations Manager

About the role

Precision is seeking a Creative Operations Manager to own and advance the processes that keep its creative work moving. The role supports integrated campaigns across policy, reputation, and public opinion, working closely with paid media, research, video, data, and account teams.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run an intake process for all incoming creative assignments, set priorities and resolve competing deadlines.
• Maintain visibility into team workload, assign work, and identify freelance needs early.
• Own schedules, review rounds, approvals, and delivery for projects of all sizes.
• Act as connective tissue between client leads and practice leads during high‑profile launches.
• Consolidate feedback, protect senior creative time, and manage scope creep.
• Develop and maintain a vetted bench of freelancers and vendors.
• Report on utilization, capacity, pipeline, and delivery risk to leadership.
• Partner with Paid Media and Finance to track production budgets and oversee billing.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or production at an agency or in‑house team.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities, forecast capacity and push back constructively with senior stakeholders.
• Experience building intake, trafficking, and resourcing processes across multiple clients.
• Experience managing freelancers and vendors, including rates, contracts, and onboarding.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of production budgets and scoping, contributing to SOWs or similar agreements.
• Familiarity with video, digital, and web production workflows.
