Senior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The role will play a key part in managing accounting operations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, and supporting strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
• Manage general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and accruals for multiple legal entities and currencies.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with external auditors and ensure audit readiness.
• Assist with local Stat (non‑US entities) financial statements and audits.
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Utilize NetSuite, FloQast, Excel, and Salesforce to perform accounting duties.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary accounting information and manage document retention electronically.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of relevant accounting experience or an equivalent combination of education and training.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• U.S. CPA preferred.
