About the role

We are seeking a semi‑local CDL‑A driver to operate solo on a lane between California and Nevada. The position runs Tuesday to Saturday with long‑hour shifts and occasional layovers during peak seasons.

Key responsibilities

Drive a solo route covering approximately 2,175 miles per week between CA and NV.
Handle mandatory layovers, hotel accommodations, and chain‑up procedures as weather or road closures require.

Required profile

At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL and current DOT medical card.
Minimum three months of verifiable trailer‑driving experience and a clean driving record (no more than two accidents or violations in the past three years).
Drug‑free status; SAP candidates are not accepted.

Required skills

Valid Class A CDL.
Current DOT medical certification.
