Security Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Security Analyst to protect our organization from phishing attacks and enhance security awareness across an enterprise‑level environment within a dynamic law firm in New York City.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch, and manage end‑to‑end phishing simulations using KnowBe4.
• Analyze campaign results and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Drive security awareness initiatives throughout the organization.
• Identify vulnerable user groups and tailor training accordingly.
• Report programme performance to key stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience as a security analyst or in a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience running KnowBe4 campaigns (phishing simulations and awareness training).
• Strong understanding of social engineering techniques and phishing threats.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining risk to technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently.
