Seasonal Sales Associate – Pop Culture Retail

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic pop‑culture fans to join BoxLunch as Seasonal Sales Associates in Braintree. In this role you will help create a memorable in‑store experience, share product knowledge and support the store’s visual standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat visits, leveraging product knowledge and customer service skills.
• Cover assigned sales floor zones and maintain visual standards, including planogram changes and merchandising mix.
• Operate the register, process sales transactions, and promote add‑on sales using BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Stock, replenish, and organize merchandise, ensuring the stockroom and sales floor remain tidy.
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Assist with loss‑prevention efforts and ensure proper handling of merchandise.

Required profile

• Previous retail experience and a passion for philanthropy and pop‑culture merchandise.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities, with a team‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 lb and navigate the store using approved equipment.
