Seasonal Retail Sales Associate

About the role

Lowe's is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Seasonal Retail Sales Associates. In this role you will deliver friendly, knowledgeable service to customers while supporting store operations during peak periods.

Key responsibilities

• Provide SMART customer service in line with Lowe's policies and programs.
• Engage customers, understand their needs, and assist with product selection, demonstration, and loading.
• Answer customer and associate questions, guide them through the store, and walk them through projects.
• Communicate product information, warranties, special orders, and program benefits.
• Write contracts and invoices for equipment rentals and tool repairs.
• Cross‑train in other departments to ensure seamless service.
• Identify signs of shoplifting or security risks and report to management.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
• Operate store equipment such as Zebra phones, CCTV, key cutters, panel saws, paint mixers, flooring cutters, and compactor balers.

Required profile

• Less than 1 year of experience using computers, smartphones, tablets, or common retail technology.
• Basic retail experience with customer interaction, product location, and sales assistance.
• Ability to obtain any required sales licensure or registration.
