Seasonal Leasing Professional (Part‑time)

About the role

Greystar is seeking a seasonal, part‑time Leasing Professional for its Skyview Heights community. The role runs from April to August 2026 and focuses on driving occupancy, revenue, and resident satisfaction through leasing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Build prospect pipelines and conduct virtual and in‑person apartment tours.
• Ensure a smooth move‑in experience for new residents.
• Perform market research on comparable properties for marketing and advertising.
• Plan and execute community events.
• Follow up with prospects via phone and email.
• Market available units using social media and internet platforms.
• Assist with lease renewals and respond to resident concerns.

Required profile

• Previous sales and customer‑service experience (preferred) with a positive “can‑do” attitude.
• Professional appearance and high level of professionalism.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for completing legal documents and explaining apartment features.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with property‑management software such as Yardi or OneSite (desired).
