Seasonal Forklift Operator – Harvest Season

About the role

Temporary seasonal positions are available for the September‑to‑November 2026 harvest at our Long Beach, WA facility. Workers will rotate through various production areas to support fruit processing and packaging.

Key responsibilities

• Lab work – grade, sort, and weigh product.
• Box building – assemble totes for packaging.
• Inspection – examine and prepare fruit totes.
• Operating the binning station – fill totes with fruit.
• Forklift driving – move totes throughout the facility.
• General labor – assist with assorted tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Availability for variable day shifts during the harvest season.
• Commitment to safety, manufacturing, and environmental best practices.
• Ability to work in a team, follow instructions, and keep accurate records.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 30 lb (14 kg) frequently.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, forklift operation, lab work, or scale handling is a plus.
• Eligibility for an end‑of‑harvest bonus for season‑long employees.

What we offer

• Hourly wage ranging from $19.10 to $20.95.
• End‑of‑harvest bonus for employees who work through the entire season.
