Seasonal Ambassador - Holiday Season

About the role

The Seasonal Ambassador brings Everlane to life for customers during the Holiday Season, fostering a positive environment and delivering a top-quality store experience. The role is customer-focused, fast-paced and requires working across many parts of the store. You must be 18 years of age or older.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a customer-first experience, using curiosity to understand customers and solve their needs
• Process purchases, returns and exchanges
• Keep the store clean and tidy and maintain store presentation
• Process, organize and prepare inventory, and restock the sales floor throughout the day
• Show up on time, stay flexible between shifts and work in multiple zones while communicating with your team

Required profile

• Retail, sales or service industry experience
• Ability to multi-task and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills and comfort receiving feedback
• Availability of at least 16 hours, including nights, weekends and holidays; Black Friday, Dec 24, Dec 26 and peak weekend days are required
• Physical ability to lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds, and to stand and move around the store
