Seasonal Ambassador - Everlane Georgetown

About the role

The Seasonal Ambassador brings Everlane to life for customers during the Holiday Season, fostering a positive environment and delivering a top-quality store experience. As the face of the brand, you are customer-focused, passionate about the product and able to work across many parts of the business in a fast-paced setting.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer-centric solutions that exceed expectations
• Process purchases, returns and exchanges
• Keep the store clean and tidy and maintain store presentation
• Process, organize and prepare inventory, and restock the sales floor throughout the day
• Show up on time, stay flexible between shifts and communicate well with the team

Required profile

• Age 18 or older
• Minimum of 16 hours of availability, including nights, weekends and holidays; Black Friday, December 24th, December 26th and peak weekend days are required
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds, and to stand and move around the store
• Retail, sales or service experience, and a fan of Everlane's product and values

Required skills

• Multi-tasking and quick pivoting in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills and comfort receiving feedback
