Search Engine Optimization Specialist

About the role

Nicokick is expanding its presence in the U.S. market and needs an SEO Specialist to own the organic growth strategy. You will define, prioritize, and execute SEO initiatives across content, technical SEO, and authority building while collaborating with product, tech, and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the SEO roadmap, aligning strategy with business goals.
• Set KPIs, track traffic, revenue, and acquisition metrics.
• Identify and act on growth opportunities in content, technical SEO, and backlink acquisition.
• Partner with product and engineering to embed SEO best practices into development cycles.
• Lead keyword research, search intent analysis, and guide content optimization.
• Oversee on‑page and off‑page optimization, including link‑building audits.
• Implement automation and AI‑driven workflows to scale SEO efforts.
• Monitor algorithm updates and industry trends, adjusting tactics accordingly.
• Mentor junior SEO team members and ensure high‑quality execution.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of SEO experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to link SEO performance to business outcomes.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Highly structured, self‑motivated, and ownership‑driven.
