Screen Printing Setter (Bilingual)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish/English) Screen Printing Setter to join our Doral, FL warehouse. The role involves preparing and operating M&R screen‑printing machines to produce high‑quality printed designs for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and align screen‑printing machines for each production run, ensuring proper registration for multi‑color jobs.
• Load screens, adjust print heads, monitor ink levels, and maintain consistent print quality.
• Package finished products according to customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment inside a warm warehouse.

Required profile

• At least 18 years old with legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Good physical condition, able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Punctual, organized, detail‑oriented, and able to pass a background check.
• Basic computer literacy.

Required skills

• Experience operating screen‑printing equipment, specifically M&R machines.
• Strong knowledge of screen‑printing techniques and ink types.
• Basic computer skills.

What we offer

• Annual salary between $45,000 and $60,000, paid bi‑weekly.
• Two shift options: Day (7 AM‑5 PM) or Night (3:30 PM‑12 AM), Monday‑Friday.
• Bilingual work environment (Spanish and English).
