Scheduler II – Memorial City, Houston

About the role

The US Oncology Network is seeking a Scheduler II to join the Texas Oncology team at the Memorial City location in Houston, TX. This full‑time, onsite role supports a high‑volume oncology practice that provides chemotherapy, radiation therapy and precision medicine in a patient‑centered environment.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments, treatment sessions and follow‑up visits under direct supervision.
• Maintain accurate appointment records and ensure timely communication with physicians, nurses and patients.
• Assist with the preparation of daily treatment lists and verify that required resources are available.
• Provide courteous front‑desk support, answering patient inquiries and addressing scheduling conflicts.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in health administration is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced oncology setting and adapt to varying patient volumes.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, clinical staff and external partners.
