Scheduler I – Full-time (Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm)

About the role

The Scheduler I provides essential administrative support to ensure timely shipping of dental cases. Working Monday to Friday, the role acts as a liaison between dental offices, production teams, and the call center to keep case flow on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Verify and schedule shipping dates, scan cases, and communicate changes to dental offices via phone or email using approved scripts.
• Update case boxes and work‑order tracking systems (e.g., DL+) and customer management tools with new shipping information.
• Create modeless case plans and coordinate with the digital team for model printing.
• Monitor production flow, adjust shipping dates as needed, and manage rush case timelines.
• Inform the next shift of critical production updates and ensure cases contain required RX photos.
• Utilize GO Location Scan to track case locations on the production floor and assign cases to dental technicians through DL Touch.
• Handle Outlook email inbox, print/reprint prescriptions, and perform other duties as directed by management.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months to one year of call‑center experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency with DL+ case tracking system.
• Experience using DL Touch for case assignment.
• Familiarity with GO Location Scan for location tracking.
• Microsoft Outlook for email management.

What we offer
