Scaffolding Superintendent

About the role

The Scaffolding Superintendent will lead a team of up to 50 craft professionals on the Louisiana LNG project near Lake Charles, LA. You will supervise superintendents and other trades, ensuring they have the tools, schedules, and guidance needed to meet project specifications, timelines, and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and direct craft activities, scheduling work and reviewing completed tasks.
• Determine workforce requirements and coordinate operational plans with other disciplines and client representatives.
• Ensure the latest design documents are used and that any design changes receive proper approval before implementation.
• Monitor subcontractor performance to guarantee compliance with specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Maintain adherence to project policies, procedures, and site work rules.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising construction craft teams, preferably in large‑scale industrial projects.
• Ability to plan workforce needs, coordinate with multiple disciplines, and manage schedules.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and design compliance in a construction environment.
• Effective communication skills for interaction with subcontractors, client representatives, and internal management.
