SAP Workstream Lead - Procurement

About the role

Moog is seeking an experienced SAP Workstream Lead for Procurement to drive its global ERP transformation. Based onsite at the corporate headquarters in East Aurora, NY (Buffalo area), you will lead the procurement workstream, ensure process governance, and deliver high‑quality documentation while collaborating closely with cross‑functional stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Procurement workstream throughout all program phases.
• Drive process governance and maintain high‑quality documentation.
• Partner with business stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, HR, and IT.
• Manage and mentor Process Analysts to support transformation activities.
• Facilitate decision‑making among global business process owners and functional leads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Minimum 3 years procurement experience in Aerospace & Defense (5 years preferred) with SAP exposure.
• At least 2 years of people‑management experience.
• Proven experience with ERP systems, process improvement, and data reporting.
• Strong communication and ability to work with cross‑functional partners.
• Willingness to travel 20‑40% and reside locally in the Buffalo area.
