SAP Sales and Service Cloud Lead Architect

About the role

Deloitte Digital is seeking a Lead Architect to design, develop, and re‑engineer complex SAP Sales and Service Cloud solutions for enterprise clients. You will combine consultative, business, and technical expertise to integrate packaged technology and drive measurable business results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to assess current‑state processes, pain points, and transformation priorities.
• Define end‑to‑end solution and integration architecture for SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2, including integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Integration Suite, APIs, OData, and event‑based patterns.
• Design extensibility strategies using SAP BTP, CAP/RAP services, custom objects, UI extensions, and reporting.
• Architect identity, authentication, and authorization models with SAP Cloud Identity Services (SSO, OAuth, data‑access controls).
• Guide migration from C4C to Sales and Service Cloud V2, covering data, integrations, extensions, and conversion supportability.

Required profile

• 7+ years of SAP CX implementation experience, especially Sales & Service Cloud V1/V2 and SAP BTP.
• Strong ability to work independently, lead projects, and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
