SAP Program Manager – Senior Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large‑scale SAP implementation programmes within its Digital Core Modernisation practice. You will partner with business leaders, project managers and technical teams to define objectives, build road‑maps and ensure successful delivery of SAP solutions that drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple, complex SAP implementation projects, coordinating with business and technical stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, allocate resources and monitor progress to mitigate risks.
• Oversee programme governance across several projects, ensuring seamless integration of business applications.
• Apply analytical and systems thinking to uncover underlying issues and identify improvement opportunities.
• Craft clear, impactful communications that convey a holistic story to clients and internal audiences.
• Guide teams through ambiguous situations, demonstrating composure and sound judgment.
• Conduct open coaching conversations to build high‑performing, diverse and inclusive teams.
• Validate outcomes with clients, incorporate feedback and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for a Master’s or MBA in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, or Organizational Management.

Required skills

• Strong SAP implementation and programme management expertise.
• Experience with Agile methodology for complex delivery.
