SAP Program Manager - Senior Associate

About the role

As a Senior Associate, you will lead large‑scale SAP implementation programmes within PwC’s Finance Technology – SAP Core ERP practice. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers and technical teams to define objectives, develop detailed plans, allocate resources and monitor progress, ensuring successful delivery of SAP solutions that drive operational efficiency for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end‑to‑end SAP implementation projects aligned with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define project scope, timelines and deliverables.
• Allocate resources, track milestones and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate multiple concurrent projects and maintain clear stakeholder communications.
• Apply Agile methodology and project‑management tools to streamline processes.
• Conduct program reviews, status reporting and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Support cross‑functional team coordination and foster collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in SAP project management.
• Preferred Master’s or MBA in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, HR or Organizational Management.
• Proven ability to work in ambiguous environments and deliver high‑quality results.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of SAP implementation and project management.
• Experience with Agile methodology.
• Proficiency in project‑management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
• Analytical thinking and data‑driven decision making.
