Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead large‑scale SAP S/4HANA brownfield conversion projects for its Life Sciences unit in Parsippany, New Jersey. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end SAP solutions, aligning project financials with business goals, and driving organizational change.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate cross‑functional collaboration and data‑driven decision‑making to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Engage senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define scope, build consensus, and steer project outcomes.
• Evaluate and refine project management processes, incorporating best practices for efficiency.
• Establish quality benchmarks, implement risk‑management strategies, and monitor project margins against financial targets.
• Develop RFP responses, participate in client discussions, and support Go‑to‑Market strategies.
• Allocate resources, set performance objectives, and lead organizational change initiatives.
• Design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project‑driven transformations.

Required profile
