SAP Program Manager – Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead large‑scale SAP implementation projects within its Advisory practice. You will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define objectives, develop detailed plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress, ensuring delivery of high‑quality SAP solutions that drive operational efficiency for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP implementation projects, coordinating with business and technical stakeholders to define scope and deliverables.
• Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies using analytical and program‑management techniques.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication to align project goals with client expectations.
• Apply agile methodologies and project‑management tools to improve tracking and reporting.
• Coach and develop team members, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
• Conduct program reviews and status reporting to validate outcomes and benefits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 5 years of experience leading SAP implementation projects.
• Preference for a Master’s or MBA in fields such as Business Administration, Accounting, Computer Science, Finance, or Organizational Management.
