SAP Order to Cash Consultant, Senior Associate

About the role

As a Senior Associate SAP Order to Cash Consultant at PwC, you will help clients optimise their customer relationship management processes using SAP solutions. You will analyse requirements, implement SAP CRM applications, and provide training to ensure seamless adoption. The role combines technical delivery with building strong client relationships and developing leadership capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and design SAP Order to Cash and CRM solutions.
• Implement and configure SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM applications.
• Manage integration and utilisation of SAP CRM to optimise customer processes.
• Provide training and support to client teams for successful adoption.
• Collaborate with clients to enhance satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives.
• Develop business process improvements and modelling to increase operational efficiency.
• Uphold PwC professional and technical standards and code of conduct.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum).
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Preference for a Master’s or MBA in Business Administration, Management, Computer Science or Information Systems.
