SAP ISU FICA Consultant

About the role

The Infosys SURE unit is seeking an experienced SAP ISU FICA Consultant to join its Miami team. You will work on complex utility and energy industry projects, driving digital transformation through advanced SAP ISU solutions and enterprise architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes, identify optimization opportunities and draft detailed requirement specifications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customization and integration efforts based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced customizations on the ERP platform, collaborating with development teams to build critical software applications.
• Develop and implement complex integration workflows to connect the ERP system with external applications and lead large‑scale data migration strategies.
• Implement performance optimization strategies focused on scalability, reliability and user experience, while leading compliance initiatives and security audits.
• Create detailed documentation for ERP customizations and conduct training workshops for diverse user groups.
