SAP Functional Analyst – User Management (UM) – Clearance Required

About the role

Navaide is seeking SAP Functional Analysts to support a US Navy ERP sustainment project. The position focuses on SAP User Management (UM) and requires eligibility for a DoD Secret‑level security clearance. Candidates will work onsite and collaborate with stakeholders to improve system efficiency, security, and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sustainment support for Navy ERP/SAP, including process mapping, business rule development, and handbook creation.
• Deliver presentations, trainings, and demonstrations; facilitate meetings with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Develop desk guides, standard operating procedures, policies, and project documentation.
• Support project management activities such as scheduling, resourcing, forecasting, risk management, and configuration control.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Information Systems.
• Eligibility for or possession of a US DoD Secret‑level security clearance.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% within the continental United States.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
