About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to join its Life Sciences delivery team in Dallas, Texas. The role focuses on designing, customizing, and integrating SAP EWM solutions that support pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and draft detailed requirement specifications aligned with enterprise architecture.
• Define and develop solution architecture, steering customizations and integrations based on thorough business analysis.
• Design and implement advanced customizations on the ERP platform, collaborating with development teams to build critical applications.
• Create and manage complex integration workflows linking SAP EWM with external systems, and lead large‑scale data migration strategies to ensure data integrity.
• Implement performance‑optimization strategies for scalability, reliability, and user experience while leading compliance and security audits.
• Produce detailed documentation for customizations and conduct training workshops for diverse user groups.

Required profile

• Strong background in SAP EWM functional design, technical development, and integration troubleshooting.
• Proven experience in both functional and technical EWM roles across multiple full‑cycle implementations.
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations and logistics processes.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
