SAP CAP Developer (W2 Contract)

About the role

The Panther Group is seeking a W2 contract SAP CAP (Cloud Application Programming) developer to support a higher‑education partner. This 1‑year position focuses on building and maintaining advanced business applications within the SAP ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SAP CAP applications using Node.js and ABAP.
• Create complex ABAP objects such as reports, user exits, BAPIs, BAdIs, BDCs, and ALV reports across Finance and HR modules.
• Develop and configure NetWeaver Portal components, web services, and mobile applications.
• Write and execute test scripts, produce technical specifications, and document innovations.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Basis, and Portal teams to optimize performance and resolve technical issues.
• Provide end‑user support, mentor junior developers, and enforce coding standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience with Human Capital Management and SuccessFactors.
• Strong expertise in SAP CAP and Node.js development.
• Ability to analyze complex requirements and deliver innovative solutions.
