SAP BRIM Consultant, Director

About the role

PWC is seeking a Director‑level SAP BRIM Consultant to help clients optimise their customer relationship management processes. You will lead the design, implementation and adoption of SAP CRM solutions, driving strategic outcomes for large enterprises.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic direction for SAP CRM and SAP BRIM initiatives across client engagements.
• Analyse client requirements and design tailored SAP Cloud for Customer and SAP CRM solutions.
• Lead implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and user adoption.
• Provide training, support and change‑management guidance to client teams.
• Identify market gaps, develop new service offerings and drive business development.
• Mentor junior consultants and foster collaboration across the PwC network.
• Promote technology innovation and thought leadership within the practice.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree minimum; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience, including senior consulting or leadership roles.
• Proven track record of delivering SAP CRM/BRIM projects.
• Strategic mindset with strong business‑process improvement capabilities.
