About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS, HANA and NetWeaver Administrator to join our team in Columbus, OH. The role focuses on end‑to‑end management of SAP landscapes, ensuring high availability, performance and compliance across on‑premise and cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

Administer SAP BASIS, NetWeaver, S/4HANA, ECC, BW and PI‑PO systems.
Perform system refreshes, copies, migrations and HANA backup/recovery operations.
Manage transport management (TMS), kernel and support package upgrades, SUM/DMO activities.
Monitor performance, tune databases, and handle background jobs, spool and RFC issues.
Provide production support, incident handling (P1‑P2) and coordinate change, problem and incident management.
Utilize SAP Solution Manager, EarlyWatch and OSS notes for system health.
Configure SAP Web Dispatcher, SSL, SSO and integrate with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
Automate tasks using Shell, PowerShell, Python and Ansible.

Required profile

13+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP BASIS and HANA administration.
Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix and Windows operating systems.
Proven ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to manage critical incidents.
