SAP BASIS Administrator

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS Administrator to join our team in Jersey City, NJ. The role is onsite and focuses on the full lifecycle management of SAP environments, ensuring stability, performance, and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Administration of SAP BASIS components and overall system landscape
• Installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of SAP solutions
• Planning and executing SAP upgrades, support pack implementations, and HANA administration
• Performance tuning, capacity planning, and optimization of SAP workloads
• Incident management, root‑cause analysis, and SLA support
• Security administration, patching, and regulatory compliance
• Transport management and landscape design
• Collaboration with vendors, project and change management, and risk/issue handling
• Providing L2/L3 support for SAP operations

Required profile

• 13+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP BASIS administration
• Strong background in SAP system upgrades, performance tuning, and HANA administration
